because they needed more progeny and offspring to spread the teachings of Islam and promote the Religion, Homosexuality was prohibited by Muhammad (peace be upon him). Muhammad dedicated his entire life towards Spreading Islam and Homosexuality was seen as something unusual to his agenda. Therefore the concept of non binary people and their engagement was entirely political in Muslim world.
